These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by Optimex Clean ("we", "us", "our") to you ("the client"). By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

3. Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services including domestic cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, office cleaning, window cleaning, Airbnb/short-let cleaning, gutter cleaning, and commercial end of tenancy cleaning. All services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.
4. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are free and provided without obligation. Quotes are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was described. Prices include all labour and standard cleaning materials unless otherwise stated.
5. Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once you receive written or verbal confirmation from Optimex Clean. We recommend you retain your booking confirmation for reference.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the quoted price. We reserve the right to reschedule in exceptional circumstances such as illness or severe weather, and will always provide as much notice as possible.
7. Access & Preparation
You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and unobstructed access at the agreed time. If access cannot be gained through no fault of our own, a call-out charge may apply. Please ensure fragile or valuable items are secured prior to our arrival.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. This applies to all our services. The guarantee does not apply to pre-existing damage, staining beyond reasonable cleaning expectations, or where we have not been given the opportunity to remedy the issue.
9. Payment
Payment terms are confirmed at booking. We accept bank transfer and cash. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Liability
Optimex Clean holds £1 million public liability insurance. In the event of damage caused directly by our negligence, please notify us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, undisclosed items, loss of earnings, or indirect losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the service provided.
11. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if the working environment poses a risk to our staff, including properties with significant pest infestations, biohazards, or unsafe structures.
12. Data Protection
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
